About the Role


The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for understanding strategic priorities, implementing key process metrics and initiatives, managing marketing operations and day to day team performance, and support key stakeholders to drive the business. The successful candidate will manage a team of digital marketing experts handling specific marketing processes in Wells Fargo.
Key

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with partners across marketing, lines of businesses, and legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment of priorities across strategy, operations, legal, risk and compliance.
  • Provide oversight to teams performing the legal and compliance reviews across several Wells Fargo businesses.
  • Manage and implement tactical or strategic initiatives, achieve high production and quality standards through data-driven insights
  • Use data-driven insights in decision making
  • ​​​​​​​Coach and develop high performing teams, lead and implement best practices.
  • ​​​​​​​Ensures digital plans are executed effectively to attain business, sales, profitability and/or brand goals.
  • Achieves various business or performance goals & KPI s while ensuring adherence to compliance and privacy regulations and policies. Manages risk and/or manages digital operational excellence.
  • May champion change by identifying trends in digital marketing, sales, customer experience, technologies, and strategies.
  • Role is on a night shift.

Market Skills and Certifications


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in a managerial/leadership capacity in marketing operations
  • Proven track record in the digital marketing space (website, automation, content)
  • Experience managing complex projects, project management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to train/mentor/coach employees
  • Strong analytical, operational, problem solving and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, manage tactical or strategic initiatives, achieve high production and quality standards, and manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
