AZ Centralized Monitoring (CM) is a component of the Risk Based Quality Management (RbQM) strategy, that allows early identification and mitigation of potential risks and issues in clinical trials.

During set-up of the study, RbQM Lead facilitates cross-functional discussions to identify critical areas of the study design that may impact safety of study participants and reliability of the efficacy results and to agree mitigation plan for identified risks. During the study conduct, the CM team supports study management team in monitoring of these critical areas by developing centralized monitoring dashboards, reports, listings and automated action requests that are programmed in R and visualized in Spotfire. Solutions delivered by CM show aggregated study data and facilitate identification of trends, outliers, and potential issues or risks at the study, country and site levels.

Requirements::

• Student or graduate (IT, data science or biomedical disciplines e.g.; medical studies, biology, pharmacy, chemistry etc.)

• GxP knowledge will be an advantage

• Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting etc.)

• Programming skills will be an advantage (SQL, R)

• Ability to read scientific graphs and charts

• Good organizational and analytical skills

• Fluent English, good written and verbal communication skills

Posting is closing at April 21st..All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to send answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. At the beginning of June, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.

The internships will start in July and will last from 3 to 6 months, depending on the department. Initial training (onboarding) and all internships, for safety reasons, are designed fully in the remote formula.

In this year's internship program we will invite over 50 people to participate!
