Who we're looking for: We're looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to manage our HQ location in downtown Seattle. As the Workplace Operations manager in our Seattle office you'll primarily be responsible for being the go-to office support, maintaining our office environment by providing excellent customer service to our employee population and supporting office services, events, regular office activities and more. You'll succeed in this role if you love delivering great experiences, are highly organized and efficient and have a passion for improving work spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Manage Seattle office facilities and operations, work with workplace operations team to ensure facilities are safe, clean and welcoming for employees and visitors
    • Track and resolve facilities requests in coordination with Workplace Ops Coordinator
    • Own relationships with Seattle-specific vendors
    • Assist with build-out projects, upgrades and related projects, and moves
    • Maintain positive working relationships with Seattle building management
    • Plan and execute office-wide Seattle events (Taco Tuesday, Summer Party, Holiday Party)
    • Assign seating for new hires in Seattle office
    • Manage space and capacity planning of Seattle office for humans and dogs
    • Manage concur profiles, airbnb and travel approvals
    • Manage Receptionist and Dayporters

Your Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of facilities management experience
    • Ability to work in a Dog-Friendly Office
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to learn new things with strong interest in growing your skill set
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to interruptions without missing a beat
    • Dependable and prompt
    • Proficiency in G-Suite (G-Mail, G-Cal, G-Drive, etc..)
    • Must be a team player and be able to work independently
    • Ability to support some after hours events (weekday & weekends).
    • Must be able to frequently bend, squat, crawl, twist and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
