Senior Insight and Analytics Manager - Marketing

Location: London or Amsterdam

The Senior Insight and Analytics Manager will have responsibility for all analytics projects and visualisation of data produced by the Insight team. This is an opportunity to create long term value for the entire Just Eat Takeaway team.

The Opportunity

The Senior Insight and Analytics Manager should bring analytics best practice into creating value for the business. The immediate focus would be in brand media measurement, clustering and segmentation, customer ROI and econometrics projects, but the long term goal for the role should be that the person could have input into the direction of the business.

They will have a close relationship with the central analytics team and will create a joint roadmap according to business needs.

They should also be responsible for data visualisation, access control and maintaining the tools with which insight data is communicated to the business.

Potential 1st Year projects:

• Integrate campaign, app download, brand awareness, GRP and market share data into database.
• Align reporting of all marketing brand data into company wide dashboard.
• Create campaign effectiveness score based on commercial outcomes.
• Create model to understand CLV effect of brand characteristics such as brand love or brand NPS.

Required skills and experience

• Has in depth knowledge on Consumer and B2B Insights as well as broad knowledge across the Marketing discipline and related areas.
• Advises on tactical Insights programs and provides strategic input through the annual plan for long-term Marketing strategy.
• Oversees collaboration with the brand marketing and media team to understand research priorities and to build roadmaps which directly action research findings.
• Interacts with, pitches analytic concepts to and advises stakeholders up to (senior) management level.
• Will manage a team of employees.
• Proven working experience in a similar role
• Proven knowledge of SQL and at least good knowledge of another data analytics tool like R, Python, SPSS, SAS etc.
• Knowledge of big data methodologies and tools, e.g. AppAnnie, Google Trends, Nielsen media tracking .
• Being able to do in-depth analyses like for example customer lifetime value, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, customer churn modelling.
• Experience in using data analysis in a commercial environment.
