Primary Responsibilities:

• generated during patient treatment or machine operations
• Work on large-scale data sets and real-world problems
• Close collaboration with Siemens Healthineers Business lines to understand requirements and deliver successful AI solutions
• Statistical data analysis for performance characterization of AI solutions

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. proffered in an engineering or science field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Math. Alternative MSc. in an engineering or science field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Math with at least 3 years of experience
• 2+ years industry experience in building AI related software products is preferred
• Strong background in Deep Learning, with proficiency in sequential and heterogenous data modeling
• Graduate research and internship experience in Machine Learning, Signal Processing, and Multi-Sensor Data Fusion
• Proficiency in Python (torch/tensorflow, sklearn)

Hands-on coding skills and ability to quickly prototype in C++ is desired

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are required

Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
