The Opportunity:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist on our 401(k) Solutions team, you will use data-driven insights to design, launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns while reporting campaign performance and monitoring online marketing trends. You will report to the 401(k) Digital Program Manager while working with other Marketing and Sales Leadership to understand and support our value proposition, important touch points in the marketing and sales funnel and the competitive landscape to guide successful campaign creative direction. Day-to-Day:

• Launch and manage campaigns across paid search, social media and email
• Analyze key metrics while identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance and ROI
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor digital marketing channels, website performance, conversions and revenue
• Communicate campaign performance to leadership and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within 401(k) Marketing, Sales and other internal teams to maintain alignment on audience segmentation, goals and KPIs
• Partner with internal and external resources as needed on additional reporting
• Maintain knowledge of SEM/SEO landscape and best practice

Your Qualifications:

• 1+ year Digital Marketing experience; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
• Hands-on campaign execution experience across social, display and programmatic platforms - specifically Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Familiarity with Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot or similar
• Experience using web analytics tools to improve campaigns based on performance such as Google Analytics
