You will be based in our Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco or Silicon Valley office as part of McKinsey’s Digital & Analytics recruiting team with a focus on QuantumBlack (QB) hiring, working closely with QB colleagues. Working as part of our Experienced Professional Recruiting Hub, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the recruitment activity for QuantumBlack. You will work with recruiters and managers to ensure a strong pipeline of highly skilled, qualified and motivated people. You will identify, assess and attract talent for the QuantumBlack community. In this role, your main responsibilities will include working with leadership to understand and define talent needs, develop profiles and manage targets through planning, coordinating and driving hiring activities for experienced professionals. You will craft sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, referrals and other relevant methods. You will create a clear view of the competitive landscape for each expertise area and determine the top players, conferences and events relative to the talent pool. You will work with the recruiting team to plan, coordinate and execute all stages of the recruitment process [interview days, events, cultivation] to contribute to the development of our recruiting strategy. You will participate in recruiting-related projects when needed [e.g. recruiting system design, reporting, assessment).You will manage cultivation and integration of experienced professional hires into the firm. You will provide end-to-end management of the candidate through their progression in the recruiting process from up front conversations through to offer creation and onboarding. You will attract and develop candidate interest through effective messaging as well as help them understand the unique value proposition of joining Digital McKinsey.You will also demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and a willingness to innovate and go the extra mile to deliver fully diverse hiring. You will also collaborate with our recruiting communications team to understand the external talent market and ensure our messaging is reaching our target audience.Qualifications
