The Store Operations Field Leader plays a critical role in supporting the execution of Apple Retail key priorities and driving those initiatives as a part of the Retail Strategy and Store Experience Team. Our team partners primarily with Market Directors and Market Leaders to provide insight, guidance, and direction for the overall execution of business priorities. We also work to ensure the effective deployment of programs in Retail Stores, partnering closely with Store Operations Program Managers.

• A demonstrated track record as a Store Leader or equivalent, providing a high level of service and support to internal and external customers
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to engage with all levels within the organization and challenge the status quo
• Flexibility to handle competing priorities and shift focuses as determined by changing needs of the business
• An in depth understanding to articulate the Apple Retail strategy with the ability to build partnerships within the field and corporate organization
• Outstanding analytical and problem resolution skill as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Regional travel aligned with business needs.

Description The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability and willingness to: Build strong partnerships with the Market Director, Market Leaders, and Store Leaders to drive performance. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Store Operations priorities and programs. Analyze information to uncover opportunities, proactively taking action to address them. Conduct planned, focused, and purposeful store visits with Market Leaders. Identify and share key successful practices to enhance the customer and team experience. Facilitate effective remote connections with key partners and provide feedback to partners including Store Operations on programs and initiatives.
