Summary of the role :

Focus: Learning Systems Administration, Reporting, and Analytics

This role will work closely helping the Sales Enablement team with the Learning System Administration, Reporting, and Analytics. They will produce regular reporting to measure the impact of learner’s skill improvement across all sales enablement programs. They will provide assistance in the creation of course assessments/surveys and the reporting and analysis of the survey results. They will provide regular reporting to measure the operational activity and effectiveness of the sales enablement team and provide insightful analytics and actionable insights to the Sales Enablement leadership team.

The primary purpose of this role will be to provide reporting and analytics on all sales enablement programs and to provide first-line business support for Thomson Reuter’s sales enablement platforms (MindTickle) in addition to systems administration for end users.

Additionally, this role will also support the Sales Enablement operations in understanding the full capabilities of the platform, improve the end-user experience and communicate as necessary with external vendor(s) to report issues, track fixes and submit enhancement requests. A significant part of the role will include managing the reporting process and consolidating reports & analysis related to the platform on stakeholder consumption.

Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.

Manages the execution of reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain, and improve the compliance and performance of sales enablement systems.

Works with others to research, evaluate, and document business/user/functional requirements, as well as, participates, and may manage components of the design, testing, and implementation of technological solutions and analytics.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Overall LMS System Administrator including management of end-user set-up and user group permissions
  • Primary contact for end-user support
  • Technical support with the vendor on support and technical issues
  • Program and course reporting for all Sales Enablement offerings
  • Course assessment/survey creation and reporting

Key Skills for the role

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Technical aptitude including knowledge of Salesforce, MindTickle, Seismic, and Tableau a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with many different stakeholders within the sales enablement team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills experience with a passion for extracting data insights from various sources and transforming them into actionable recommendations
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills necessary to closely monitor sales enablement program issues and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environment
  • Sales Enablement experience a plus

Experience and Qualification

  • BS or BA required
  • 4-6 years’ experience in business or financial analytics roles with exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • 4-6 years’ experience managing an LMS or Enablement platform
  • Experience with problem solving and communicating with management and sales channels
  • Proven problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a high aptitude to learn and adopt new processes
