The Reuters Professional Global Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to help us articulate compelling propositions and award-winning solutions for brands.

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is a solution-oriented team player with the ability to craft authentic stories that resonate with audiences.

About the Role

As our Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at Reuters, you will:

  • Be a master storyteller responsible for creating stories that articulate and demonstrate our vision and mission.
  • Up-level marketing materials from a visual, narrative and speed to market perspective for Reuters Professional and Reuters News Agency.
  • Assess current sales materials from the Core Pitch to presentations. Articulate the refinements that can be made, implement these, and obtain feedback from Marketing and Sales leadership as appropriate.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop multi-platform ideas, build, refine and get agreement on content strategy.
  • Work with product and product marketing to agree proposition and convert these into persuasive communication messaging.
  • Craft the Reuters story and ensure materials are of a high quality, incorporating research, insights and analysis. Articulate audience personas in product communications.
  • Arm sales with consistent and powerful selling materials and add foundational material to the modular library which sales use as a first port of call.
  • Develop the narrative into a series of messages and assets that can be used across the business and which will resonate with different audiences.
  • Work with research and insights teams to use market research to track the impact of brand narrative and shape and inform future direction to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Work with sales team to understand advertiser objectives and deliver compelling marketing programs that deliver against these needs.
  • Lead storytelling sessions across the department and wider business to ensure engagement and best practice is implemented.

To be our Integrated Marketing Manager, you will likely have:

  • Extensive marketing experience.
  • Experience in the Media/Publishing or Content distribution industry and interest in staying current on industry trends, technologies and platforms.
  • The ability to multitask and work between various internal teams.
  • Superior writing skills including mastery in storytelling, ability to engage the reader and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines and balance multiple projects.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for internal and external presentations.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a structured and succinct way.
  • Excellent design judgement, attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Flexibility to move between B2C and B2B categories.
  • A collaborative spirit, working well in a team.
  • The ability to write and edit quickly without compromising quality.
  • Experience of working with research and insights to shape and inform narrative development.
  • The ability to command attention and interest and share writing and storytelling expertise.
  • The ability to appreciate the diversity of stakeholder interactions and adapt style and approach accordingly.
  • A Global mindset and be able to embed the Reuters Trust Principles.
