Job Description
The PS Operations Program Manager will be responsible for the development of global business processes and non-technical role-based enablement (PS Process, Tools) required across the various PS functions. You’ll collaborate with team members across the globe to drive standard methodologies in support of PS business processes and strategic improvement initiatives. We are looking for an individual who has operational knowledge in supporting the day-to-day PS business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with PS subject matter authorities and cross-functional teams to identify and document end-to-end PS business processes.
- Provide recommendations and facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Establish procedures and processes that ensure consistency, quality, and maximum efficiency
- Facilitate and lead PS Initiatives which includes helping to track them and provide communications around updates and/or progress
- Meet with PS Delivery Leaders to identify role base curriculum training and ongoing training needs for employees. Then partner with Global Enablement teams for content creation
- Help support establishing and standardizing comprehensive new hire training material
- Establish business management plan that outlines the quarterly/monthly cadence for key activities (QBRs, Forecasts, Metric Reviews, etc.)
- Drive the PS CSAT analysis and improvement process
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of working within Professional Services, and having a strong understanding of PS operational practices within an enterprise software and/or cloud-based services company
- 2+ years of running projects and programs in a corporate setting
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to simultaneously consider business challenges from multiple perspectives (e.g. customers, employees, partners)
- Problem solving, creative thinking, time management and strong organizational skills
- Experience in planning, organizing, delivering business reviews, business improvements, process optimization, and operational excellence
- Practical experience managing multiple, high-impact priorities simultaneously, with minimal supervision
- Experience and understanding of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Financial Force
- Working knowledge in Salesforce, Apttus contract management, Tableau, SAP
Education:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred
