THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Global Sales Productivity (GSP) Program Manager Intern at Xactly Corporation, you will help to create content for the global sales organization, present content pieces through weekly correspondence, and work towards a team goal of reducing time to first deal. Working closely with our team of experienced GSP leaders and a variety of stakeholders, you will learn to uncover sales needs, translate these needs into key enablement paths and identify/develop solutions that both add customer value and drive Xactly growth. As a part of these efforts, you will gain the knowledge of how we effectively enable, collaborate across departments and communicate our ideas, strategies, and solutions throughout the organization.

Xactly’s Global Sales Productivity team is a tight-knit global team, looking to expand our capabilities and add efficiencies to sales processes. We are always looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds, the hunger to achieve, and the openness to learn new ways of solving problems. Our team’s goal is to deliver programs globally that align with the Go To Market Org goals to accelerate growth.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2021-June 2022
  • The desire to pursue a career in Sales or Sales Enablement post-graduation
  • You have outstanding organizational skills
  • You’re proactive, creative, entrepreneurial and results-oriented
  • You are able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing
  • You have a passion for learning and helping others learn

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL

  • Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
  • Build relationships with internal business partners including Sales Executives, Lead Generation, Product Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Value Engineering and Global Sales Productivity (GSP)
  • Gain a strong understanding of the Revenue Operations space and the business challenges Xactly solves

WITHIN TWO MONTHS, YOU’LL

  • Be immersed in the GSP team and Xactly culture supporting sales efforts to drive pipeline and close business
  • Take a deep dive into your project topics and gain the necessary expertise to build towards your internship-end deliverables

BY THE END OF YOUR INTERNSHIP, YOU’LL

  • Assist with cross-functional enablement activities to streamline processes
  • Support GSP efforts to reduce time to first deal
  • Develop sales development content and process documentation
