While we may be working remotely from different locations, collaboration and teamwork will be built into all we do. This is a paid, full time 40 hours per week internship that could lead to a permanent full-time position post-graduation.

Description:

The Global Customer Care Operations team at Infoblox is looking for a Business Analyst intern for our office in Tacoma, WA. Global Customer Care Operations provides administration and implementation of new systems and processes for Infoblox Customer Success teams.

This intern will work closely with the Customer Success Leadership to assist in formulating, organizing and monitoring cross-project activities as well as assist in maintaining and improving our systems, process and reports.

*This is a 2-3 month internship based in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams to develop program plans
• Leverage data infrastructure across various reporting systems to provide stakeholders with data needed to effectively run the business
• Assist business partner in defining metrics, key performance indicators, dashboards, reports and desired timelines
• Updating and improving the internal web portal of the department
• Reviewing and updating operational procedures
• Creating WalkMe scripts/content for Salesforce console, Gainsight, and community, Google forms and workflows

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills
• Some scripting background desired
• Background in business administration or information technology preferred
• Currently enrolled in college; junior, senior, or new grad status

Education:
