Job Description

• You take full responsibility for the project management for important strategic key vertical business projects with exciting new technology possibilities and /or new applications as well as to be defined customer use cases that can enrich the existing software and solutions.
• You are responsible for the solution and supply management. You define, develop and manage the solution for these projects. You don’t think in products, you think in solutions.
• You manage international teams and stakeholders, mostly with Bosch local sales offices and external / indirect partners and stakeholders.
• You continuously plan, scope resources and reliably implement the contract, cost, schedule and risk management for Engineered Solution Business projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or natural sciences degree with strong business acumen (or vice versa) or similar.
• Personality and working practice: proven content leadership skills, proactive and autonomous style of working, excellent communication skills, including a structured way to explain complex technical presentations and topics to larger international audiences.
• Experience and Knowledge: experience with managing technology and stakeholders at scale, utilizing relevant metrics to manage the big picture.
• Qualifications: profound background in project management complemented by strong affinity to technical as well as commercial topics.
• Enthusiasm: your contributions will make a direct difference to our customers and take our software solution competence to the next level.
• Languages: very good English skills, German is an advantage.
