Broadridge is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our operations team!

This role is in our Customer Communications Division, which offers a full range of multi-channel communications solutions, such as integrated print, mail and digital solutions for transactional, marketing and compliance communications.

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator, someone who is very detailed and extremely organized, responsible and adept at staying out in front of things and knows when or how to advance issues to those within the leadership team. A professional demeanor and personality that is willing to hold the team accountable to meeting goals. Must have good interpersonal skills, be respectful but firm and have the ability to think quickly, see and understand potential issues arising. Must become familiar with our internal processes, systems and equipment specs in order to job monitor and quickly plan in a constantly evolving environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and track all job Delivery Due Dates (SLA) to ensure they are identified, communicated and accounted for to completion
  • Notifies Supervisor, Team Leaders and Planners of any SLA concerns
  • Communicate with department leadership to gain acknowledgment and ownership over an SLA in their respective areas during team meetings
  • Monitor and ensure flawless handoffs and commitments have been met from dept. to dept.
  • Final oversight on all SLA’s and that they are completely closed in the system and that we have met our contractual SLA commitment or escalate to the Supervisor and Sr. Manager
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and or move items up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts while working around machines and or equipment, and can be exposed to loud noise, hot or cold climates consistent with the outside weather conditions within the plant.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable and dependable with a high level of energy
  • High degree of analytical and mathematical ability to track and follow data
  • Good reading ability for written job instruction comprehension
  • Understand insert machine functions to help coordinate workflow
  • Check work and build in controls that prevent errors and keep the process and work environment stable and under control throughout the shift while working
  • Communicate and work well with other planners and floor leaders while working together as a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move boxes, trays, and or push/pull carts required
  • Ability to frequently walk the floor and stand for long periods while performing tasks required
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and pass a drug screen
  • Ability to remain focused, proactively following through on job work assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Print and Mail Insertion production environment
  • Insertion Equipment Operator job experience on Pitney Bowes High speed insert machinery
  • Ability to communicate well, take directions and perform functions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and team teamwork skills and abilities
  • Work Non-Month End Hours (1st Shift 7:30 am - 4:00 pm & 2nd Shift 11pm-7:30am)
  • Work Month End Hours (1st Shift 6:00 am - 6:00 pm & 2nd Shift 6:00pm - 6:00am)
