Greenhouse is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team!
The HR Business Partner will have the opportunity to be part of a growing Business Partner team at Greenhouse, as we expand from a mighty team of one to a fully-fledged, operationalized function. Working directly with management and leaders at all levels of the organization, the HRBP will also be a collaborative member of the People Operations team.
As an HRBP at Greenhouse, you’ll be part of a team of trusted advisors who guide and advise the managers and leaders of the departments you support through all stages of team development and the employee life cycle.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with and advise managers and department leadership on people-related strategy and decisions, from organizational design to individual growth paths - and everything in between
- Be a recognizable support presence for staff in the departments you support
- Apply data to drive your guidance and counsel
- Support Greenhouse’s culture initiatives; ensure Greenhouse upholds our values of fostering belonging, acting with purpose, and upholding an entrepreneurial mindset
- Collaborate with other People Department teams to employ and deploy People resources as needed to support the departments you serve
You should have:
- Demonstrated dynamic HR, People, or business partner experience
- Proven success coaching and guiding managers across all levels of leadership
- Experience with initiatives related to DE&I, strongly preferred
- Experience in technical organizations, SaaS experience a strong plus
- Familiarity with US employment laws and practices, a plus
