We focus on optimizing Akamai's marketing technology to ensure we make great customer experience decisions. Partnering with technical and business teams we enable our marketing teams to target the right people, with the right content, at the right time. Partner with the best

You'll become a subject matter expert in creating and distributing content for customer consumption. Collaborating with marketing leadership you'll develop impactful talking points and relevant content to increase customer engagement. You'll also help shape the scalability of implementing our existing and future marketing technology tools.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing program goals and cadence to recommend ideal marketing conversation strategies and providing recommendations on areas of improvement
• Owning and managing the configuration of repackaged content in various marketing technology platforms
• Collaborating with content and product marketing to capture Akamai's brand voice and product messaging
• Building relationships across marketing and SDR teams to understand the language used to best sell Akamai products

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Have experience creating engaging content, email and talk tracks
• Be comfortable getting to intimately know an extensive marketing library of assets
• Be familiar with marketing tools such as Lattice and Xant
