SUMMARY THE ASSOCIATE PROGRAM Apple’s International Marketing team is looking to recruit the best and most diverse entry level talent to join our multi-disciplinary Marketing organizations in Singapore, Shanghai and London for a 12-month assignment. Each Marketing Associate will be assigned a mentor and scope of work giving them project responsibility across our products and services such as iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Health, HomePod, AppleTV, iOS, MacOS, and more. Through the program Associates will gain invaluable experience across all Marketing functions, as well as exposure to the broader Apple regional organization. To be successful in the program Associates will need to have a passion for Apple products, an openness to learn, innate curiosity to be better, a strong ability to collaborate, deploy creative and innovative problem solving, and build strong relationships across the organization. Throughout the program Associates will be evaluated by leadership on their performance and at the conclusion of the assignment assessed on final presentation of project work for a full time role at Apple.

Description
Description We are providing this 12 months rotation in Apple’s Marketing Communication Team, including but not limited to Social Media and Retail/Digital Commerce departments, by working with industry experts. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Key member to support project planning, content development, campaign execution of marketing programs for Apple Greater China region. - Partner with internal / external creative teams to drive creative innovation. - Interpret campaign performance statistics into meaningful marketing plan. - Seek and advise the team on best practices and forward-looking trends/technologies for digital marketing.
