Are you seeking a move from a law firm, either as a lawyer or with a legal technology vendor? Can you offer deep law industry knowledge and subject matter expertise to the sales process?

As a Solution Consultant for Elite you will be offering pre-sales and subject matter expertise to our large law segment. With your deep industry knowledge and solution or product expertise, you will help customers and drive the sales process technically. This is an “Overlay” sales role, often with a technical orientation. This role will be responsible for delivering the value of legal solutions to large law and corporate law segment to contribute to winning market share and increased customer satisfaction.

About the role:

• This role will be responsible for delivering the value of key law solutions, to the large law and corporate segment within legal counsel teams.
• You will be providing specialized consulting activities for pre-sales of replicable and scalable packaged solutions to customer business workflow challenges in order to gain new business, win market share and increase customer satisfaction.
• You will work closely with BDM's as the Subject Matter Expert in the sales process, working from the discovery phase through to demoing the product and working on the clients' bespoke solution proposals.
• This position is responsible for engaging/assisting customers in the sales process. You will help identify the right offerings that drive sales and increase customer retention.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if you have:

• Experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of technical discipline or specialism, ideally in large law.
• Provides subject matter expertise across law practice or legal technology domain.
• Strong understanding of other roles within the function or Business Unit and how they are connected.
• Knowledge of relationships between all relevant groups within the company
• Adapts traditional approaches to solutions and applies in different circumstances.
• Demonstrates mastery of a specific discipline across a range of related issues
