Analyst - North America Store Operations

Job Description

Overview

The Analyst for NA Store Operations will primarily be responsible for transactional analysis, commission calculations, and data entry within the Achieve system. This person will also be responsible for adhoc reporting such as Physical Inventory/ Shrink, Merchandise Repairs, Operational Compliance/Standards, and Supply Ordering/Usage. This person will engage with many different business partners including Operations, Finance, HR, Accounting, Payroll, Retail, MVP, and IT.

Responsibilities

Transactional Analysis and Commission Calculations

• Analyze transactional data to ensure consistency and accuracy across different systems including COMPASS/Sterling, RSPPS, Achieve, and HCM.
• Apply complex formulas in Excel to validate data

Support Functional Team

• Support Retail with special commission incentives
• Partner with HR/MVP to pull data and create reports from Achieve
• Provide central support to North America Operations Team in partnership with U.S. Store Operations Manager for Corporate initiatives, system enhancements, and policy changes as needed

Perform adhoc Operational analysis upon Request

Qualifications

• Bachelor's
• Must be analytical and very detail
• Previous experience with retail systems, preferably with POS and commission
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• 3 - 5 years Retail experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:

• Commission systems such as Varicent’s ICM platform
• Data integration/data warehouse systems
• Analytics tools such as Tableau or IBM’s Cognos
