Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) - Consumer Venture

BCG Digital Ventures is getting ready to launch a new product and venture set to disrupt the fragrance industry as it exists right now. The ambition of this project is much bigger than to "only digitize fragrance curation". We will evolve from a pioneering digital fragrance provider to an all-encompassing service provider for CPG companies in the long-term.

Together with our Corporate Partner, we are creating a new, autonomous business division directly reporting to the head of global perfumery; we want to revolutionize the way we service this underserved customer segment.

Our value proposition is to enable customers to create winning fragrances and get them delivered in record time. This is no easy feat! We've devised an approach that combines inspiration, education, and business intelligence to help customers make the right business decisions. Using a mix of an AI-enabled smart library of fragrances, a recommendation engine, and learned patterns, our goal is to personalize the experience over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Product documentation and catalogue management
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing (internal, external)

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in B2C or B2B tech
• Familiar with state-of-art product management techniques & methodologies: User flows, BDDs, Tracking
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good to have: Experience in eCommerce, Recommendation Engines
• Good to have: B2B tech
