Background & Qualifications

• University degree
• Advanced level of English
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Experience in compensation and reward processes is an asset
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Effective planning and organizational skills with the result-oriented approach
• Strong analytical skills using trends and metrics to influence, prioritize and evaluate initiatives
• Good at teamwork
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Supports managers and employees in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on HR issues
• Ensures compliance with Global HR Policies in all aspects of HR applications
• Ensures the execution of operational processes of HR according to the relevant procedures and regulations
• Supports all HR legal issues and legal actions taken by the Company
• Communicates with internal and external clients to assist in assigned Organizational Development projects
• As HR Business Partner;
  • Demonstrates intentional listening and understanding of department needs and priorities
  • Executes the recruitment and leave processes for the designated departments
  • Makes sure job descriptions for all employees are completed and filed
  • Follows-up HR metrics, prepares ad-hoc reports & presentations when necessary
• Responsible for Payroll and Global Mobility processes
• Responsible for the benefits management process and execute flexible benefits process
• Ensure smooth collaboration with the People Services Team, HR Business Partners in communication / Recruitment / Training / Benefits etc.
• Effectively collaborates with process experts and/or local/regional specialists to execute HR processes
• Handles critical personnel and company information with the highest degree of discretion to ensure integrity and confidentiality
