Integrated operations organization works collaboratively and consistently across the company. The Chief Operating Office includes core operations functions for each of the lines of business under leaders who have joint reporting relationships. Including Front Line Control for each of the lines of business and enterprise functions, Strategy and Operations Planning, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, Enterprise Shared Services, Strategic Execution & Operations, Corporate Properties Group, Business Continuity and Resiliency, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Supply Chain Management, and Chief Administrative Office.
These two open positions will support the overall strategy, management, and execution of the Chief Operating Office (COO) Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program. This includes inherent risk identification, control identification, residual risk assessment, and residual risk treatment plan. Each individual will be responsible for supporting an RCSA schedule for their aligned area within COO, leading RCSA work by other team members for moderate and low business processes, and developing program documentation (procedures, job aides, etc.).
The positions will will engage with Front Line Control leadership, Independent Risk Management, and COO Line of Business leadership. They will be responsible for supporting program development, data analysis, stakeholder management, and regulatory items response. The positions require strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, presentation skills and leadership capabilities.
The successful candidate will be a motivated team player who has expertise in risk management, including strong control design and evaluation skills. He or she is a self-starter who is accustomed to working in fast-paced, complex, evolving organizations with diverse stakeholders, and is able to withstand challenges and adapt quickly. This individual will have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders to achieve success.
Specific Responsibilities include:
•Lead and participate in stakeholder forums and influence results across diverse groups.
•Liaise between various control organizations to serve needs of COO.
•Develop, implement, and continually improve processes, frameworks, reporting, tools, and governance routines in support of successful program management.
•Plan and execute activities in accordance with program requirements.
•Aggregate, evaluate, and report results.
•Develop and deliver compelling presentations
•Lead implementation of moderately complex initiatives which may span multiple business lines.
•Coach more junior team members. Help the whole team succeed, individually and as one.
