The Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team at Airtable is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager - Campaign Ops responsible for building scalable processes helping Airtable achieve its business objectives. You will be working closely with BDR/AE, demand generation, product marketing, growth, Business Technology teams to run award-winning marketing campaigns that will build the engine for our growth.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end lead flow strategy including lead intake, scoring, data enrichment, routing, sales follow-up strategy, and marketing attribution.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with PMM, Campaign, BDR, Sales, and CSM teams on campaign launches, follow ups and metrics.
- Work closely with SDR, BDR, AE, and CSM teams to ensure proper marketing/sales hand-off.
- Enable the field organization on sales & marketing hand-shake processes.
- Monitor SLAs and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed upon performance metrics.
- Manage marketing automation technologies including segmentation, nurture flows, lead and account scoring, email marketing, and reporting and analysis.
- Drive data quality and accuracy across all sales and marketing systems with an eye on contact and account enrichment, data governance, quality, and GDRP & CCPA compliance.
- Constantly improves processes in support of virtual and in-person events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop training programs and learning content.
- Build a library of enablement collateral such as documentation, and internal wiki space.
Who you are
- 5+ years of technology experience
- 3+ years of experience building and managing marketing technology stack
- Hands on experience implementing and managing marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Iterable, SFDC, Engagio)
- Demonstrated understanding of ABM and integrated marketing practices and measurement
- Experience and a thorough understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions; especially with marketing and sales
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication skills
- Experience using data visualization tools
