Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivers packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. The UK’s Last Mile team is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn and think strategically to develop the UK’s Last Mile Delivery Service Partners (DSP’s). As a DSP Field Account Manager you will support DSP companies to improve quality, service, and compliance as well as championing industry leading driver engagement mechanisms. In this position you will play a key role developing and growing Amazon Logistics last mile delivery strategy and helping DSPs delight Amazon customers.
· Support the DSP Operational Support Managers in the delivery of their contractual and operational performance SLAs
· Provide operational communications to DSPs and DS Operations stakeholders for On Road related content
· Lead collation and root cause resolution of repeated operational and on road defects
· Be the voice of the DSP within the AMZL DS
· Work with the DSPs to develop effective capacity plans ensuring the driver supply is achieved to meet volume demands
· Work with DSPs to deep dive issues and identify customer metric improvement opportunities
· Support the DSP Operational Support Managers (OSM’s) in understanding AMZL systems and processes.
· Champion the consistent application of Last Mile processes within AMZL DS
· Conduct local audits to measure DSP compliance as well as support the Transport, Risk and Compliance (TRC) audit process
· Own high quality DS communication flows between Operations and the DSP’s
· Ensure DSP processes work effectively within the AMZL DS
This role can be based from any Amazon Delivery Station in the UK
