Product Support Analyst

Key Role:

Support defense acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and interact with Integrated Product Teams. Work on problems of diverse scope where the analysis of data requires evaluations of identifiable factors and demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with basic consulting and client relations practices

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint and Tableau

-Experience with IT troubleshooting and desktop support

-Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition process

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing help desk support for the US Army

-DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification
