What you'll get to do...

As a Marketing Operations Technologist, you will be managing outbound campaigns and automated dialing in the Customer Development Team (CDT). Ensuring day to day business operates as intended and gathering information to improve the campaigns. It is all centred on the ultimate measure of customer satisfaction – the outcome of earning their business. This role will work 8.00am – 4.30pm.

• Monitor file loads and run campaigns on a daily basis from the LCM campaign management tool to the Cisco dialers; Provide floor communication and guide skill changes required for the Pods and sites.
• Review statistical data to ensure department is meeting metrics and goals in many facets of the business. Perform general analysis when finding outliers in sets of data down to an individual guide/campaign basis. Provide data and findings to Dialer Analysts/Manager for further review/presentation to the department.
• Monitor and analyse day to day dialer system operations, dialing campaign performance, and make sure guides are engaged efficiently. Using discretion and independent judgment, manage and actively adjust campaigns and dialer functions to meet contact and list penetration goals and optimize dialing and sales results.
• Communicate and build a strong relationship with the CDT department from the guides to the VP, along with key stakeholders such as Telecom, Workforce, Marketing, CRM Development, and Legal.

Your experience should include...

• Intermediate knowledge of dialer hardware/software configuration and application preferred (Cisco/LCM)
• Basic understanding of SQL querying/relational databases skills preferred (MS SQL/Teradata/Hadoop)
• One years of outbound contact centre experience in a sales environment preferred
• One years of dialer operations experience supporting multiple campaign types preferred
• Marketing experience would be advantageous
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of key outbound call centre performance metrics such as contact rates, conversion, list penetration, abandoned rates, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse situation quickly, formulate multiple solutions, and execute with minimal direction
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of phone switch software (Cisco/Avaya)
• Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate math skills
• Basic to Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
