Job Description
As Brand Manager, you will own and be accountable in leading Similac brand within the sectors (orthodox and Arab) and set the direction for Pediasure’s brand growth in Israel.
You will be the "go to" person in your business and a strong contributor to the success of Similac and Pediasure brands in Israel.
You will report to the Pediatric Nutrition Marketing Manager and will collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and tactical execution for your business success.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business planning and execution of Similac Brand in the Orthodox and Arab sectors in order to contribute to the overall Pediatric nutrition business strategy.
- Lead the Pediasure brand - Own the business from all its aspects.
- Analysis and business acumen - Conduct regular business analysis as integral part of your responsibilities.
- Gain insights from data - analyze market share and sales data to understand brand performance, track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for the marketing initiatives, share and present to management team.
- Know your who - Identify consumer habits, understand shopper habits, and gain customer insights to build marketing tactics that will grow the brand’s overall performance.
- Demonstrate strong execution capabilities- Plan, Implement and regularly track the brand’s plans.
- Utilize digital vehicles to increase awareness, conversion and loyalty (including Social, contribution to CRM, CX, Website management & marketing automation processes).
- Manage your brands’ third party suppliers to ensure promotional campaigns are developed appropriately and delivered effectively on time and on equity.
- Contribute to forecasting, demand management and supply
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2.5 years experience in marketing from FMCG / Food industry - must.
- Good understanding of the local consumer market – Orthodox and Arab are advantage.
- Trade / Sales / In-Store understanding – advantage.
- Fluent English knowledge - must.
- Good presentation skills - advantage.
- Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Passionate, curious, eager to learn with strong analytical skills and integrative thinking.
- Collaborator and Integrator - Strong communication capabilities to work with multifunctional teams.
- Entrepreneurial set of mind, business oriented with a can do mentality and will to win – must.
- Previous leadership experience - advantage.
