The Implementation Project Manager is primarily responsible for oversight and management of all technical aspects of implementing and updating Krames products for one or more client accounts. Beginning with implementation, the IPM will be responsible for management of the implementation project plan to ensure clients are prepared to launch on time with an issue-free launch. Additionally, the person in this role will be responsible for accurately diagnosing and eliminating issues as part of the file management process as part of the client’s ongoing relationship.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering all business requirements and managing client changes in order to successfully launch a new client asset or update an existing client asset. Ensure that all other departments involved in the implementation can complete their set ups on time with acceptable levels of quality.
  • Responsible for completing project plans, detailed meeting notes updating implementation documentation, action item management, and any other meeting deliverables.
  • Drive outcomes and timeline management by guiding clients to making timely decisions for their program to drive client’s success.
  • Creates and manages project timelines. Executes and delivers purchased product/data to clients in the required formats by the deadlines established in those timelines.
  • Ultimate accountability for a successful and timely client launch.
  • Records and documents all tasks via contact management database. Maintain the appropriate documents in order to track project development and any changing specifications.
  • Management of timelines and communications associated with file issues and errors; ensure appropriate and timely outreach to the client as well as project management of the client until a new file is submitted. Communication of any risk with the file delay to both internal and external parties.
  • Mastery of configuration and admin tools to ease file loading process.
  • Oversight of client site QA and review in advance of launch or when a change request has been completed.
  • Partner across teams and departments to support deployment and implementation of Krames Continued Care adherence tool.
  • Participation on interdepartmental teams to drive forward product enhancements; from scoping enhancement requests to understanding the end goal of a new product request.
  • Maintaining knowledge of all product functionality and new releases
  • Regular communication and collaboration with numerous internal departments and team throughout implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success with client management experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated project management success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience thriving in self-directed environment
