About the Team

Our mission on the Work Account Management Team is to retain and grow our managed customers who use the services and products offered by DoorDash for Work. This mission is underscored by the significance we place on a customer first approach to ensure our customers’ enduring satisfaction with our products and service. Account Management is a fantastic stomping ground for employees to build both hard and soft skills, develop their relationship management and sales skills, deploy strategic thinking to solve tough customer problems and work collaboratively cross functionally to be the conduit between our customers’ greatest needs and what solutions we can build to address those needs.

As an Enterprise Account Manager on the DoorDash for Work team, you'll have the opportunity to be one of the founding members of the Enterprise organization. As a pillar of our corporate strategy, you will be supporting our largest and most complex customers - with a strong focus on retention and explosive growth. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Effectively manage relationships with our largest and most strategic corporate partners in the US & Canada
  • Have an in depth understanding and ability to execute autonomously on retention and growth initiatives that form a path to goal, while maintaining adherence to team strategies to hit numbers
  • Be a leader who is comfortable organizing and presenting a regular cadence of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to Senior & Executive leadership
  • Navigate a complex, consultative, data-driven sales process, with the ability to negotiate and renegotiate agreements throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Help build the playbook for the DoorDash for Work Enterprise Sales organization
  • Show a strong bias to action to ensure customer needs are prioritized with cross-functional stakeholders

We’re excited about you because...

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying Account Management experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or commensurate work experience)
  • You’ve mastered the art of consultative selling
  • You’re comfortable working with data (Google Sheet, Excel) to help drive your success
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace (Gmail Docs, Sheets, etc.)
