Caution against fraudulent job offers!
We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
Anyone who at any time has made or makes any payment to any party against promises of job or selection for a job with Deloitte or any matter related to this (including those for ‘registration’, ‘verification’ or ‘security deposit’) or otherwise engages with any such person who has made or makes fraudulent promises or offers, does so (or has done so) entirely at their own risk. Deloitte takes no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorized or fraudulent actions or engagements.

Program Manager – Digital Transformation (SC/M)
Work you’ll do
Deloitte’s Client and Market Growth (CMG) organization is seeking a highly effective Program Manager to work in the Office of the Chief Digital Officer. The Program Manager – Digital Transformation will join a talented, experienced and functionally diverse team that delivers a digital strategy in support of Deloitte and CMG priorities. This person will work with a small dedicated team, an expanded matrixed team, and Deloitte IT to prioritize, deliver and evolve a growing and varied portfolio of digital investments and solutions. The Program Manager – Digital Transformation will support the identification of productivity, experience and cost improvements, development of an approach for the long-term growth and evolution of digital investments, document digital successes and opportunities, and project manage select digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & experiences:
• Establish and manage the digital transformation dashboard of programs and projects to monitor progress, budget, identify and manage risk, dependencies and issues
• Experience in establishing governance/program level KPI’s
• Draft new and improving existing program management office policies and processes
• Work with the program leaders ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Work with the communications team to craft critical program governance communications
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop content, organize the agenda/teams and logistics for key meetings
• Monitor key milestones, budgets and activities for executive level reporting
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• Track record of managing digital transformation projects
• Savvy about the business of Deloitte and technology, and effectively interacts with/influences business leaders
• Proven track record to support technology driven programs, deliver on commitments and achieve operational excellence
• Strong personal leadership and communication abilities – while empowering others to grow and deliver results
• Ability to communicate a clear vision and priorities
• Understanding of how people, process and technology drive opportunities while managing costs to ensure consistent performance with a focus on continuous improvement
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
• Must be legally authorized to working in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
