Technical Delivery Manager (TDM)

P osition : Provide post-sales activities ownership over multiple accounts in assigned region. Support pre-sales activities to close new business - scope/level of efforts, respond to proposals, prepare SOWs, advise on project approaches, and present methodologies. Oversee delivery of Appian BPM projects at customer accounts to ensure deployment matches client executive and business sponsor expectations and ensure customer satisfaction building long-term relationships. Report pipeline/revenue forecasts and staffing projections/planning. Supervise consultants (direct reports) providing mentorship and career management.

Requirements : 50% travel AND MS in Technology/Engineering major OR BS in Technology/Engineering major + min. 5 yrs. exp. software consulting ideally in ERP, Portal, BPM/Workflow, DM or EAI related setting.
