The Digital Technology and Innovation group supports the Corporate Strategy, Digital Platform & Innovation Business. Together they work closely to continue evolving Wells Fargo’s digital platforms and enhance integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.

This role is a great opportunity to apply your technical writing and testing skills to Wells Fargo's InLabs, used for managing and tracking information related to Innovation Lab-hosted projects and their associated assets and resources. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a dual skill set: Prior manual testing experience and proven experience writing guidance to support user groups / communities. Excellence in communicating and collaborating is key to applying both skills within our area.

In the role, you will be responsible for the following types of tasks:
- Create and execute functional test scripts
- Conduct test script maintenance to ensure quality and establish a plan that keeps the script array informative and vital
- Create and maintain documentation in support of Innovation Labs applications and infrastructure including analysis of platform and development of logical, concise and highly-organized User Guide documentation
- Assist in management of lab systems compliance and risk operations including remediation of audit findings
- Monitor licenses, contract terms and deliverables for lab projects
- Research and understand new technologies in a constantly changing financial environment
- Identify outside-the-box solutions for housing and managing documentation, and/or other innovative solutions for supporting InLab's infrastructure in a streamlined manner

Other duties may include:
- Act as a liaison between the Innovation Labs and its partners, assisting in the logistical set-up, and on-going management of innovation lab projects
-Identify process improvement solutions to support the Innovation Lab's mission

Selected candidate will be required to work within the following Wells Fargo location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business systems analysis or design experience demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 3+ years of experience writing or updating business documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), testing matrices or scenarios, user guides and procedures
  • 2+ years of testing or quality assurance experience


Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: manual testing
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
  • 1+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
  • Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
