Job Description

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with Marketo experience to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this new and dynamic role, you will conduct comprehensive testing of marketing campaigns in Marketo. You will also ensure the accuracy, reliability and consistency of marketing automation and email prior to final output/delivery. This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of end to end automated regression and performance test scripts where Marketo is core to the solution and architecture.
• Define end to end testing process and methods in Marketo environment including cross-system integrations across multiple work streams.
• Review user stories and translate them into test plans and test cases with documentation.
• Execute scripts to ensure delivery of quality software and log/track defects.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Research and find opportunities to utilize Marketo QA best practices to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
• Participate and conduct smoke testing for monthly/weekly release process.
• Test all campaigns and assets before launch.
• Assess content to ensure consistent and accurate branding and design.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ QA experience
• Minimum 1-year Marketo QA experience
• Experience implementing QA automation for Marketo
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with setting up and leveraging Automaton for test automation and monitoring (or comparable tool)
• Excellent test resource planning and test scheduling skills
• Expertise in using integration middleware, knowledge of databases, Azure/Cloud
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high-quality software that balances technical and business goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences at all levels
• Comfort with ambiguity; flexible and adaptable
• Strong collaboration skills in a diverse and inclusive team environment
