We have a rare opportunity to join our Collins Street team as Administrative Assistant for a 12 months maternity cover starting in May.
Responsibilities
This role will serve as a brand ambassador for Tiffany & Co., providing administrative support to the Collins Street store. As the Administrative Assistant you will collaborate with and support the store management team in addition the wider store staff when required. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Administrative duties:
- Provide professional and confidential representation of the store and management team.
- Extensive management of complex diaries. Respond to enquiries via post, phone and e-mail. Complete postage logs.
- Process monthly expense reports and invoices.
- Administer Milestone Award Program and other staff gifts
- Participate in annual Physical Inventory.
- Coordinate and oversee the use of the boardroom and kitchen.
- Order and maintain all stationery and client correspondence related materials
Support for the client development strategy:
- Support the Marketing & CRM team with the planning and execution of key client development events within the Market as well as organizing conferences, coordinating meetings, training and staff functions
- Support store management and Client Development Manager in the effective execution of the global client development strategy.
- Explore new client opportunities based on knowledge of the customer base.
- Support with personalized VIP client experience programs
- Support with CRM and execute predictive clienteling and portfolio outreach initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, whilst your friendly demeanour and endearing nature will make you approachable and dependable
- Have experience in luxury retail
- Speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organisational skills
