Description

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for driving and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives across the Customer Care Services operation. They will focus on recruitment execution supporting fast paced high volume customer care operations. Influence engagement, process, branding, and strategy with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and business leaders.

What to bring to the role:

Passion for talent acquisition. Process improvement mindset and ability to manage projects supporting ATS, CRM, Assessment and other recruiting tools. High standards for positive candidate engagement. Experience supporitng volume hiring in call center, retail or other functional areas.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Effectively champion and implement innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to increase talent quality, speed, quantity and candidate engagement.
  • Influence recruitment marketing, sourcing strategy, community engagement and market competitiveness in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders.
  • Support and be an active ally for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Support engagement with government, community and educational partners to source candidates, including involvement in area job and career fairs.
  • Partner with Operations and HR to develop and execute effective staffing plan.
  • Manage job postings in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) from hiring plans
  • Lead seasonal recruiting team
  • Coordinate day to day operations of on-site talent acquisition activities.
  • Engage candidates to provide best in class experience to assure top candidate selection, future retention and re-hire capability.
  • Expand recruiting and implementation of virtual workforce
  • Track and report operational metrics

Qualifications
  • 5- 7 years of high-volume non-exempt staffing experience in organizations of size that are recognized for "best practices" in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented staffing solutions as a member of a Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Must have the capability to be an independent and a highly effective relationship builder
  • Experience in recruiting a virtual workforce preferred
