The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for driving and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives across the Customer Care Services operation. They will focus on recruitment execution supporting fast paced high volume customer care operations. Influence engagement, process, branding, and strategy with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and business leaders.
What to bring to the role:
Passion for talent acquisition. Process improvement mindset and ability to manage projects supporting ATS, CRM, Assessment and other recruiting tools. High standards for positive candidate engagement. Experience supporitng volume hiring in call center, retail or other functional areas.
