Account Based Forecasting Lead is responsible for aligning with identified top accounts to understand volume requirements, potential transition risks and supply coverage. Partners with account teams and other key stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment to maximize customer experience . Time horizon is typically focused on six months to one year for forecasting/planning. . Participates in the process by which demand signals are developed, validated for alignment with transition plans, supply constraints identified, and an executable plan defined that meets financial and market share goals. Scope includes business execution processes related to lifecycle planning, account team relationships and Demand Planning.

You will:

  • Lead a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead/develop recommendations and provide insight for management.
  • Independently execute complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.
  • Partner with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
  • Lead cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
  • Define and review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.
  • Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
  • Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
  • Mentor junior-level staff and establishes guidelines for the mentorship programs.
  • Lead and manage a Regulatory Trade Compliance program.

About you:

  • You have first level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • You have 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • You have experience in more than one supply chain function.
  • You have broker's license and/or 6-10 years of experience in a customs/global trade function.
  • You have excellent understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • You can identify cutting edge analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and Slovak language.
  • You have excellent internal and external relationship management skills.
  • You have extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
  • You have very strong project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies.
  • You have strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • You have very strong understanding of the company's overall supply chain strategy.
  • You have excellent understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP and master scheduling.
  • You have excellent understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade function with business objectives.
  • You have thorough knowledge of inventory modelling and analysis.
  • You have strong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.
  • You have excellent understanding in developing and managing a trade compliance program.

Minimum salary – 2 200 EUR/gross/month - salary is based on experience and agreement
