This is an exciting role combining your strategic and business development skills to identify and drive key critical initiatives which support growth – business building; product assessments; and partnership and acquisition opportunities. Broadridge anticipates the individual being hired will become a strong contributor with tangible value to the organization. You will report to the VP of Strategy & Business Development and work closely with the leadership team of the Matrix & Fi360 business units, as well as interacting with the larger Broadridge strategy and product management community. Basic Purpose:

Develop and continuously refine the vision and strategy for the Matrix & Fi360 businesses. Lead efforts to grow revenue and market opportunities, in partnership with a broad array of professionals throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

1. You will develop strategic frameworks to analyze the Matrix and Fi360 business unit’s existing product and services offering and identify/assess new market opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new products

2. You will be responsible for defining competitive market requirements and opportunities, assessing the viability of new products, and providing ongoing market awareness to ensure the competitiveness of the existing suite of services across Matrix and Fi360

3. Lead identification and pursuit of opportunities that deliver incremental value to the Matrix and Fi360 businesses

4. Develop and apply appropriate methodologies for market segmentation and sizing to inform market trend and competitive landscape analysis

5. You will utilize rigorous fact-based, quantitative analysis to identify and prioritize strategic business initiatives for Matrix

6. You will partner with senior management to develop and execute the strategic agenda, report on results, and make recommendations to further improve the strategy

7. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

· You will possess strategy consulting experience ideally gained in a dynamic work environment within a management consulting firm or inhouse at a financial services firm

· Experience with elements of strategy formulation, evaluation and launch as well as the acquisition/strategic partnership process including: target identification, assessment and business case development

· Subject matter knowledge in the financial services sector, particularly in the retirement sector is a plus

· Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success.

Skills/Competencies:

· Strong quantitative skills, for business case analysis and revenue projections

· Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written), and a team player is a must

· A resourceful self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinating with numerous internal and external partners

• Ability to think strategically and have strong influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive results with a cross-functional team

· Confirmed ability to work autonomously toward agreed upon objectives

Requirements:

· 5-10 years of experience

· Undergraduate degree required

Additional Information

Salary: 78,300.00 - 141,900.00 USD Annual

This position is bonus eligible.
