Job scope/summary:

In this position you will provide support to Installation and Startup or Break and Fix processes for AMS region through email and tickets.

You will work independently while using standard protocol to respond to more complex process support issues, proactively assist Partner Delivery Support team and client to avoid or reduce problem occurrence, participates in projects and provide resolution and feedback based on analysis, work as Subject Matter Expert for Channel Partner as per client requirements.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

It is a daily Schedule from Monday through Friday

• Sales Force and SAP knowledge is desired

• Typing Skills (min. 30-40 wpm)

• Multi-Tasking ability

• Internet and Computer Knowledge

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Adaptable to different countries and culture requirements

• Excellent communication skills specially written English.

• Excellent spelling skills in English.

• Reliable and Dependable

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Self-motivated

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Able to work under pressure

• Very well organized person

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Degree in Business related subject
  • 1+ years contract support or operations/support role

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in English language – written and spoken
  • Lean SixSigma knowledge is a plus

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service mind-set
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different functions, ideally in multi-cultural environment
  • Focus on the detail together with ability to assess the big picture

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

  • Usage of MS office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • SAP / SFDC/ EMDM/ Siebel PRM systems experience is a plus
