Job Description

Recruiting talented individuals requires hard work, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help build and scale Evernote by recruiting top talent across the US. Your support will allow Evernote to define and deliver product experiences that enhance people’s lives at work and at play by allowing them to focus on what truly matters most.

What you will do:

• Represent Evernote with integrity and professionalism
• Provide an extraordinary experience for each and every candidate
• Manage recruitment processes for multiple requisitions based in the U.S.
• Coach, influence, advise and partner with hiring managers to build out their teams
• Review and select qualified applicants from inbound interest
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through research and outreach for high-demand roles
• Evaluate candidates’ motivations, strengths and team fit
• Stay current with relevant news and talent trends especially in tech

What you have done:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional recruiting and sourcing experience
• Scaled teams at both early and late stage companies
• Proven ability to collaborate well with others

How you can impress us:

• Background in Engineering preferred
• Bilingual communicator preferred (Spanish & English)
• Experience with Greenhouse a plus
