As the
Mission Planning IPT Lead, you will:
• Excel working as part of a technical team who efficiently integrates, tests and deploys sophisticated weapons systems to the customer.
• Support the software development from requirements generation through architecture, design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Demonstrate effective technical and social skills, sharing your proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Java, C++).
• Work directly with domain and industry specialists, scientists, and other technical staff to integrate weapon control systems across multiple types of missile launch platforms while meeting military quality and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and system users.
This position is located primarily out of our Englewood, CO location, but it will also include regular travel to customer, subcontractor and operations sites.
Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

• Familiarity with engineering development lifecycles
• Experience collaborating with internal and external customers and executive leadership
• General knowledge of financial analysis and earned value management
• Knowledge of basic software practices such as coding standards, unit testing and configuration management, database and System administration
• Familiarity with Agile Development Process
• Ability to travel
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:• Ability to articulate sophisticated technical and programmatic issues to various partners
• Experience with the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects using Agile methodology
• Understanding of missile or satellite software systems
• Experience with mission planning systems
• Experience working and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team setting
• Demonstrated history of building prototypes in rapid prototyping environment
• Experience working with product teams to combine ideas or transfer technology into products
• Model Based Systems Engineering
• Active Secret, TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for reinstatement
