Your Role and Responsibilities
You will support the work of the squad by maintaining the backlog and facilitating agile ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. You will monitor team performance through the squad’s dashboard and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to help the team work better and smarter. You will have the responsibility for the application(s), including the security of the application and the integrity of the data the application handles. You will act as the focal point for project, audit or activities requiring application-related communication or coordination.
Responsibilities & Expertise

• Guide and coach the agile team on agile/scrum practices and values
• Facilitate effective and efficient meetings and Scrum rituals including Release and Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily standup
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments as required.
• Maintain/Improve transparency into the team’s work through product and sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, radiate information and over-communicate.
• Able to pursue and resolve project issues/risks independently
• Improve the velocity of the development team, at a sustainable pace for the team.
• Coach and support continuous process improvement within the team
• High level of English proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business analyst/project management experience
• Technical background
• Salary starts from 2.200 EUR/m
