What You’ll Do
As the Senior Business Operations Manager, you will evaluate, re-define and lead the growth strategy for AppFolio’s receivables business under the Payments organization. You will work closely with sales, marketing, onboarding and services to accelerate usage; as well as, orchestrating the alignment and prioritization across teams.
- Own a high-impact, high-exposure business line with massive growth opportunity
- Lead and empower cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals and outcomes
- Identify, plan and deliver a future-state multi-year growth strategy
- Ensure business is operating effectively and efficiently, all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned, and that major risks are identified, surfaced and agreed action plans are executed
- Identify and ensure we have a clear understanding of receivables growth levers for 2021 and KPIs to measure progress
- Enhance and optimize the customer experience by partnering with Product Development teams
- Partner with Segment Leaders to define and execute B2C strategy to directly engage and enhance resident experiences
- Partner with product marketing and marketing programs to deliver comprehensive and well-executed go to market strategy

Must-Haves
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years experience; including business operations/consulting and/or product/business line ownership (B2B SaaS or FinTech experience is highly preferred)
- Experience running business operations and change management
- Proven track record of success building new initiatives, processes and frameworks to drive alignment and deliver growth
- Delivered short and long-term strategies and successfully ran execution of that strategy to deliver results
