Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead for Global Partner Marketing supporting the Digital Demand Center;
  • Engage with the Digital Demand Center team and PMMs to support and assist with the effective execution of all channel marketing programs including MDF planning and program execution, Marketing Pro, campaign enablement, MSA program, partner briefings and meetings etc.
  • Promote HPE Marketing Pro and ensure the PMMs are enabled to drive partner interest and participation in all key areas, such as the assessment, learning center, accreditation, social media center, campaign adoption, content syndication services etc. Assist with the launch of any new features or capabilities. Monitor Marketing Pro tools deployment status for strategic partners.
  • Assist the countries with support and management of their local MSAs and channel strategic partners.
  • Co-ordinate briefings, trainings, QBRs and monitor execution, lead quality and results. Address any issues identified.
  • Ensure the APJ Digital Demand Center has clearly defined metrics of success across all programs.
  • Assist the countries in achieving their overall goals (including Marketing Generated Opportunity and Marketing Generated Revenue) through monitoring and interpretation of results and progress. For areas off-track, assist with a recovery plan.
  • Ensure a robust and compliant opportunity tagging process is in place to measure partner-led MGO
  • Support the local country teams with any change management.
  • Program manage the lead generation media packages via MSAs from preparation, launch, execution to campaign results tracking;
  • Manage and resolve escalations related to channel processes and procedures.

Preferred skills/education:

  • Proven experience marketing to, through, and/or with channel partners
  • Excellent program management, process and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong digital skills to support channel partners’ marketing transformation
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to use data and insights to assess status, results, trends and drive further optimization efforts
  • Excellent written/oral communications
  • Strong ability to influence and drive outcomes
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple groups (Sales, Partners, and Marketing) to drive outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; ability to build and manage virtual teams.
  • Excellent negotiating and change management skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with management team and functional disciplines
