Role Description
The Talent Brand team has an exciting year ahead, and we’re looking for someone ready to help propel us forward! We are looking for a Talent Brand Program Manager to help attract, hire, engage and grow our
#LifeInsideDropbox talent community both internally and externally. In this role, your primary focus will be to activate our employee value proposition “we believe the world can work better” amongst employees, build out a group of Dropbox employee ambassadors, manage our talent communities and keep a pulse on the employee experience in order to better showcase it in our content & campaigns. We’re not only looking to increase awareness of Dropbox as a great employer, we’re building our brand in new geographies to expand our hiring and talent opportunities. Responsibilities
- Socialize and evangelize our EVP with employees, influencing orgs and cross-functional partners to adopt it in messaging
- Be the go-to person for internal initiatives that have elements of Talent Brand: Referral program, onboarding, diversity, equity & inclusion, employee advocacy, employee events etc.
- Build and maintain strong cross-collaborative relationships with partners across the business to understand and amplify their stories.
- Create and manage a brand ambassador program of engaged employees
- Contribute to our editorial strategy, by ensuring a mix of ALL Dropboxer experiences
- Support agency in optimizing engagement across social channels
- Identify metrics and benchmarks to track efforts
Requirements
- Foundational understanding & experience in Talent Brand, Marketing/Comms and/or Talent Acquisition
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments
- Effective communicator and collaborator with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- A true teammate, where no task is too small or too big to tackle
- Ambassador of company culture: Active participant in employee resource groups, social impacts activities, company culture, volunteering etc.
- Proven champion of diversity, equity & inclusion
- Proven experience in a similar role for 2+ years
- 2-3 years of Project/program management experience with the ability to plan and execute important activities and deliverables
- Bachelors degree
