Your Role and Responsibilities As a 1st line manager you will have operational responsibilities for a team of recruiters, sourcers and talent care advisors that provide recruitment services for a North American client. This position includes full responsibility for all personnel matters such as workforce planning and guidance/coaching of staff to ensure that business objectives and client requirements are met. In this role, you must be able to effectively manage business operations, handle internal client escalations, identify issues, and implement actions that will result in high client satisfaction. Additionally, it is expected that you build a business relationship with the IBM account team and the client. You are responsible of contractual SLAs and KPI monitoring.

Accountable for individual or team, or department results, and for the impact of the results on functional activities. Participates in overall departmental program planning. May have budgetary responsibility. Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in similar roles (recruitment services management, People Management)
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience
- Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking System, ideally Taleo
- Experience with SLAs and KPIs monitoring and adherence
- Experience with managing remote/on site teams
- Advance English skills
- Experience managing client escalations
- Skills/Experience showcasing data to stakeholders
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficient with Excel (Intermediate level)
- Project Management skills is a plus
