We are seeking an Associate Growth Marketing Manager on the Cycling team to drive our mission to become the largest training platform for the Cycling community. What you’ll do:
- Grow our Cycling Community: Combine and apply a knowledge of Zwift and the sport of cycling, to bring world-class experiences that resonate with riders and drive value for Zwift and its endemic brand partners.
- Business Strategy: Support the Growth Marketing Manager and Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Cycling to develop marketing strategies which create brand awareness, product understanding, and customer acquisition and retention amongst key audiences in Cycling.
- Account Management: Support key activations/partnerships on UK & European programming - primary markets for Zwift with a distinguishing set of features which requires a dedicated strategy.
- Collaborate with a World-Class Team: Ideate content initiatives for owned projects and partnerships with Zwift’s creative teams to oversee planning, management, development and execution.
- Implementation: Develop project briefs, outlining strategy, timeline, deliverables and KPI’s for marketing initiatives, and manage external partners and internal teams, to activate through channels including in-game, organic social media, paid media, email, CRM, broadcast & media, esports, media relations, field marketing events, partner activation, influencer strategy, and others.
- Help Build the Zwift Community: On-site support at real world events and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
- Hit goals and strive for more: With every initiative we undertake, we set out goals and seek to beat them. You’ll set measurable goals and KPIs and work with data analysts to assess the success of each initiative. And then it’s time to up the ante; to do the impossible, to blow our collective minds.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Bonus points for cycling industry and/or client, agency or media experience.
- 2-4 years of experience working on direct response, B2C campaigns
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability & willingness to collaborate with multiple internal teams, including product management, content programming, partnerships, data & analytics, and creative studio, to bring projects to fruition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines required.
- A keen interest in the active lifestyle sector with knowledge of the cycling industry (a plus), media and consumer landscape.
- Experience working with large consumer brands across various time zones, preferably across health, wellness, sports, and/or tech categories.
- Travel expectation of 15-25%; both domestic and international
