Internship: Agile Advocate (6 months)

Your Role and Responsibilities
Have you always wanted to take your professional experience and apply it to global business problems? Now is your chance. As an Agile Advocate, you will render support to the team and help clients become agile organizations, enabling them to take full advantage of the opportunities in their respective markets.
The Agile Advocate has the capability to discuss Agile values and principles and has begun applying the Agile practices to their daily activities. They can hold stand-ups, conduct retrospectives, and can visualize their wall of work. They know the different Agile roles and understand how they interact together to bring continual value to their customers.
Agile Advocate will be working closely with our Agile Transformation Coaches to work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy, or develop new strategies that are in line with competitive and market forces. You’ll help clients become fit and agile organizations, enabling them to take full advantage of the opportunities in their respective markets. Based on the client’s strategic objectives, you’ll improve performance across their business through reshaping processes, transforming the organization and using enabling technology effectively.
You are a trusted advisor and responsible for supporting Request for Proposals to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You’ll use best practices and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.
Preferred Professional and Technical Requirements:

• Undergoing Master/Bachelor of Sciences in Management, Computer Science or related field of studies
• Familiarity with Agile values, practices and methodologies
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, training skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Agile-related certifications and knowledge preferred
