Criteo is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join its Global Growth Marketing team. This role is a global role within the Growth, Digital and Operations organization, focusing on the development of our global Search Engine Marketing strategy.
Primary Responsibilities include: · Lead the definition and execution of our global Search Engine Marketing strategy in line with our awareness, product adoption and revenue goals. · Understand business needs and local specificities, translate them into actionable plans across search engines and regions. · Partner with our Program Managers, Demand Gen, Content, Digital and Analytics team to ensure your strategies are aligned with our global plans and participate in Criteo’s overall growth. · Lead regular performance reviews, optimization projects from creative copywriting to CRO, competitive analysis and report to the wider Marketing team. · Manage our Paid Search agency to ensure your strategies are fully implemented, optimized and reported on. · Manage the global Paid Search budget accordingly.
Requirements: · Strategic Planning - ability to turn business goals into strategies, experiments and tactics. Understanding of the customer journey and how to influence it. Collaborative mindset and strong communications skills, to turn your ideas into actionable plans. · Search Engine Marketing expertise - proven expertise with developing, implementing and optimizing SEM strategies in a B2B SaaS environment. Can define strategies from keywords sourcing, creative copywriting, budget optimization to landing page optimization · Analytics & Testing - proficiency with experiment design. Strong analytical skills for funnel analysis and optimization. Excel power user. · Project Management - ability to define and own a roadmap, including prioritization, milestones definition and reporting on progress.
Who you are :
- Have 5+ years of experience in search engine marketing for a SaaS company, designing and owning paid search strategies.
- Have a willingness to grow, learn and share your expertise with a team of passionate marketers.
- Have strong proficiency in SalesForce, Pardot or any other automation platforms.
- You are a technical marketer. You understand the importance of technology, systems and processes in marketing.
