Lyft is looking for a Recruiting Specialist who will help us centralize the tech team change internal transfer process. This role will sit within the Technical Recruiting team and support three large pooled pipelines. Working closely with our Technical teams, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Lyft standardize the way we address team changes internally. You will own hiring manager and candidate experience and be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders have a smooth transition between roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Operations team change internal candidates through a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience
  • Review applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage transfer of PIDs
  • Partner with I&D and HR to ensure an inclusive interview process for each role
  • Partner with other recruiters, recruiting managers, and HR partners across other LoBs to identify open opportunities for the Operations population
  • Work with each Ops leader to talent map employees on their teams who are open to new roles
  • Implement an I&D strategy to ensure we are developing our internal target group populations
  • Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs
  • Own administration to ensure all internal postings follow new policies (open for 14 business days, displayed on Lyft Home, etc)
  • Partner with Recruiting Managers to define interview processes
  • Work internally with Lyft hiring managers to understand team needs and commit to SLAs
  • Partner with candidates, outgoing manager, hiring manager, and any relevant stakeholders to process team change and ensure smooth transfer transition
  • Maintain PIDs for open reqs and partner with HR Ops to process changes
  • Track all candidates’ interviews/sell calls and serve as point of contact to answer any questions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR Operations, A/PBP, Compensation, TSOP, etc) for eligibility checks, timelines, compensation and iterate on process design
  • Partner with Recruiting Managers to track internal candidates on team prioritization docs
  • Ad hoc support for Sourcing and full-cycle Recruiting for Operations Pipelines

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ of experience in recruitment
  • Experience managing large projects
  • Experience working with leaders at all levels
  • Has built and maintained a strong relationships with clients and cross-functional partners
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail (no matter how mundane)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
  • A team player - you’re willing to help out wherever needed
  • You instill trust in your judgment and ability to complete any project
